By logging into your TSM Retail account, you will instantly be able to view all orders, products and profits earned! TSM Retail is more than a conventional online shopping cart. TSM Retail seamlessly integrates into any website. Displaying your entire products list, pricing, and product customization controls, all within the look of your website. You enjoy the cash benefit of being a reseller of your own products, but without any of the work. It’s that simple!

Product storage
All TSM Retail’s inventory is systematically stored in a climate controlled, alarmed facility. Only authorized personnel are able enter and/or handle inventory. This ensures all products remain completely secure, organized, and accounted for at all times.

Shipping
When an order is made, our staff is immediately notified, and the shipping process begins. We take the time to ensure each item is securely packaged in the shortest time possible, and sent to its destination. All packages are shipped within 48 hours of order.

All products are shipped in accordance to national and international shipping standards. To ensure these standards are met, and exceeded, TSM Retail uses the latest version of UPS Worldship, which works directly from within our systems, to enable our staff to quickly and efficiently ship your product virtually anywhere in the world! When your customer’s information enters our system, our software calculates all charges associated with delivery type, product weight, and destination. Once this process is finalized, our thermal laser printers produce high quality labels, for UPS delivery teams to scan upon their scheduled daily pick up.

International Shipping
When it comes to doing international business, the last thing a client should worry about is if the product actually arrives, the billing, and all the papers needed to fulfill that countries specific customs laws. TSM Retail has the experience and know how, to alleviate these issues before they become an issue. Upon check out; your customers order will be charged the standard UPS shipping fee appropriate to the country the product is scheduled to arrive. That fee is calculated once the shipping method is selected. TSM Retail uses the Prepaid shipping solution, which means the shipper pays all shipping charges; (shipper is paid upon completion of order.) consignee or importer pays import duties and Value Added Tax (V.A.T.), when the package arrives in its destination, the duty and value taxes are then accessed, and the receiver is billed COD. Prices very on country, and local taxation. Customers are notified that there will be additional fees associated with there specific government.

Product Accountability
All transactions received through your website are electronically stamped with its own order, and transaction ID number. Once your product leaves our facility it can then be tracked within the UPS tracking system. Sales receipts are generated with every order processed. You will receive notification via email with every sale made. Monthly sales totals are also available within your TSM Retail account, viewable any time you log in.

Your Orders
Here you can monitor orders awaiting to be shipped, orders that have already shipped, voided or refunded orders, or choose to quickly view all orders made.


Our Reports
Choose a start and end date, and view total profits made between those time periods. You may also view customer price, shipping price, TSM Retail charge, and sales tax. You can even export this info directly to Microsoft Excel, to keep in your personnel files.


Monthly Payout
All TSM Retail Clients receive monthly payouts, on profits made through our service. All pay outs can be expected Net 30, meaning 30 days after the close of the previous cycle. Example;

Cycle begins January 1st, and ends January 30th. Clients can expect payment for that period February 1st.
